2. I have a horrible feeling about Spain - it might be their year. But I don't want it to be, so I'll hope that Ballack sorts his calf out. Honestly, these footballers and their crappy injuries...
3. Deaf. A lot of what people say is only good for tuning out anyway. And the thought of missing out on mountain views and glorious sunsets, no way. Okay, so I'd never get to hear music again - but at least I know what it sounds like, so could play it back in my head at moments of beauty.
