Anaemic, eh? What fun!
Pass me the Guinness spinach.
BOL
Also, there's the danger of the classic spinach-stuck-in-the-teeth scenario.
Although, that might be a good look to go for on that date.
BOL
Do what you can to top up your iron levels with your diet, avoid the tablets at all cost 'cos they bung up your insides like concrete - believe me, I've been there *yuck*
Tablets, bleurgh.
Yeah, my sister says the same thing!
She also said he deposits in the toilet made a "clang" noise, and the splashback was sufficiently large to wash her off the seat.
Did she eat a kettle?
BOL!
I had to take 'em just after I had Rhys and it was terrible
The recent posts feed doesn't display the 'del' tag, so your post looks like it says "Pass me the Guinness spinach."
I'd heard of green Guinness for Paddy's day, but I had no idea it was made of spinach!!
Mmmm, that sounds rather nice.
We could market it and call it Guinnach.
Isn't Marmite or Bovril supposed to be Iron rich?
I used to like it on toast with grilled liver and veg when I was young and skint.
I still like it actually, now I'm old and skint.....

Ooh, great idea - I love Marmite.
Might pass on the grilled liver bit though...
Mmmmmmm... Guinness.
Chin up, chook... Yet another reason to nest.
Mmmmm... Nesting.
I think there should be some kind of service whereby you can ring someone to come round and build a nest for you.
Preferably with a plump feather duvet, the world's softest beanbag and a large decanter of wine.
I lurrrve nesting.
A friend of mine once sang a rather catchy version of Nelly Furtardo's 'I'm Like A Bird' song that ran something along the lines of:
'I'm like a bird, got a nest full of twigs
And feathers and baby birds
And bits of breadcrumbs...'
Beautiful, it was. Haunting.
Better than the original, in my opinion.
I'd opt for the Guinness myself
With sag aloo, perhaps... Mmmmmm...
Is this the reason for Symptom x?
No - it's a result of it.
Bah!
Dark green leafy lettuce such as romaine lettuce, red meats have tons of iron.

Oh for goodness sake, blood count, not now!
Not too much spinach and certainly no iron tablets else you'll end up with the green frothy baby poo.
